- How does Sidebuy benefit brands & retailers?As a retailer, Sidebuy allows you to Instantly access and collaborate with influential bloggers that align with your brand. You get access to customized content and imagery created by professional bloggers to showcase your products. Sidebuy also allows you to track the impact and performance of your promotion and see results on your analytics dashboard.
- How do I sign up?To sign up go to Sidebuy’s website, and click on the “Sign up” button. You can either sign up via your social media accounts or with a valid email address. Once your profile is created, you can always sign in and edit your information.
- Why should I sign up?By joining Sidebuy, you get access to a catalogue of over 4400 digital influencers who can authentically promote your brand and amplify your content. You can filter through our database of bloggers and find the ones that meet your criteria. Also with Sidebuy, you can easily manage and measure multiple campaigns with multiple influencers on one dashboard.
- Do I have to pay to sign up?We offer different types of plans for brands depending on your needs and objectives. Contact us via email or shoot us a call for a free consultation and quote.
- How do I create a campaign?You can create a campaign by signing on to your account, going to your “Campaigns” tab. Simply, enter the title of your campaign and the start and end dates and click on “Create”.
- What is an activity?Each campaign is comprised of various activities. You can assign different dates, tasks and influencers to each activity to carry out your whole campaign.
- How do I assign bloggers to an activity?In the “Campaigns” tab, select the campaign to which you want to assign an influencer. On the right side, click on “Add” and you will be directed to the “Browse Bloggers” page where you can filter through our catalogue of influencers. From there, choose your bloggers and click on “Select” and once you picked all your influencers, click on “Finish” on the top right side. Your bloggers will be added to your shortlist. To assign bloggers to activities, click on “Assign” and pick the influencers from your list. Lastly, you can notify the blogger by clicking on the letter icon, and the invitation will be sent to them.
- Once I create a campaign, can I edit the activities?Yes, on the right side of the activity row there is an edit button in the Activity Dashboard. Here you can edit the activity title, description, and dates. You cannot, however, edit your campaigns. The changes in the dates of your activities will automatically change the dates of your campaign.
- Where can I see the status of my campaigns and activities?You can see the status of your campaign by going to your “Campaigns” tab. Once you assign and invite bloggers to your campaign, the status will go from “Draft” to “In Progress”. You can also monitor how many of your campaign's activities are completed and how many of your influencers have accepted your offer. To access the status of your activities, go to your campaign's Dashboard.
- Can I run multiple campaigns at once?There is no limit to the number of campaigns and activities that you can run on one account.
- Can I communicate with bloggers if I want to make a change?You can communicate with the bloggers by searching for them on the “Bloggers” tab and clicking on the “Message” button below the blogger’s name. You can also share files and images with bloggers from the “Message and Files” tab.
- Can I invite influencers that I have previously collaborated with to a campaign?You can invite the bloggers you are interested in working with by clicking on “Invite” on the top-right corner and entering their email addresses.
- How can I find the best bloggers for my activities?We have a database of over 4400 bloggers and influencers. Through our advanced search filters, you can pick the ones that fit your criteria. You can filter based on the bloggers’ location, gender, social reach, social media, categories, offered services and budget.
- How can I save my favorite bloggers?By clicking on the heart icon on the top-right corner of each blogger, they will be added to your favorite list which you can access by clicking on “Favorites” on the bloggers tab.
- What are the performance metrics I can monitor and where can I see them?You can access the performance of your activities in the “Measure Impact” tab. With Sidebuy’s analytics, you can monitor your activities' success metrics including reach, impressions, clicks, traffic source, and location.

- How do I sign up?Simply go on Sidebuy’s website, and click on the “Sign up” button. You can either sign up via your social media accounts or with a valid email address. Fill in your information, and pick your blogging categories. Once your profile is created, you can always sign in and edit your information.
- Do I have to pay to become a member and partner up with retailers?Sidebuy is free for bloggers. All you need to do is to sign up and fill in your profile in order to become a member. To sign up and get started, click here.
- How do you qualify bloggers?When a blogger signs up and creates an account, their information is carefully screened by our in-house team before their profile is activated. In addition to performance metrics, we take a careful look at the level of engagement, quality and frequency of their posts.
- Do I have to sign an exclusivity agreement to become a member of Sidebuy?No, we don’t ask for exclusivity, we understand that the best bloggers are often members of several organisations. By joining Sidebuy, you just get more exposure and partnership opportunities.
- Who can view my profile?Only brands who sign up and choose a plan will have access to your profile.
- How do I sign back in to update my account profile info?You can simply sign in and edit your profile as you wish.
- How can I delete my profile?If you no longer want to have an account with Sidebuy, you can contact us at [email protected] and send a request to remove your profile.
- Why should I complete my profile?The more information you provide, the more likely your blog will show up in brand's blogger search results. Brands find the most relevant bloggers through filtering our database of over 4400 bloggers by setting their criteria regarding their budget, social reach, categories and services.
- What types of assignments can I expect to receive from retailers and brands?Assignments submitted by retailers can range from Sponsored posts and editorials to giveaways and promotional contests. The campaigns differ based on the retailer’s objectives and budget.
- How am I going to be selected for a campaign?Once brands create a campaign, they will select the bloggers they want to collaborate with through our blogger search engine. Once they select you for a campaign, you will receive a notification on your account and by email.
- How will I know if I have been selected for a campaign?You will get a notification on your Sidebuy account as well as an email which specifies the detail of the collaboration and the brand.
- Can I negotiate my price with brands?Once you receive an invitation to a campaign by a brand, you can negotiate your price by entering the amount for which you are willing to complete the task.
- What if I am not interested in a campaign opportunity?You can decline a campaign by clicking on the “Reject” button, and you will not be assigned to the campaign.
- How will I get paid?Once you have successfully completed an assignment, payment will be deposited directly into your Stripe account.
- How do I upload my assignment?You can upload your assignments directly on your Sidebuy account on the “Messaging and Files” tab.
- Where can I access the performance of my collaborations with brands?You can access the performance of your blog and collaborations with brands on the “Measure Impact” tab.
